With ample living space of a total of eight bedrooms which can accommodate 20+ guests, spread over four separate buildings with their own entrances: the main house with three bedrooms, an adjacent building with three bedrooms, the two-level stonehouse with its own bedroom, kitchen and living area, and the secluded studio with the spectacular view of an 300 years old olive tree and garden see view. The rooms benefit from breath-taking sea views and are fully equipped with high-speed WIFI, A/C, bathroom amenities that make your stay at home.

The property also benefits from generous exclusive outdoors including: a 100sqm infinity pool, a large fully-equipped outdoor kitchen, two separate dining areas with fireplace and a Broil King gas BBQ. Villa Ava provides the perfect setting for social gatherings and retreats from daily routines.

Villa Ava commands a breathtaking views of Delos, Naxos and Paros. Uniquely positioned on the ridge of Agios Lazaros, while shielded from the wind, enables the guests to enjoy both the sun rise and sunset views from the comforts of the villa. The property is ideally positioned, with the famous Psarou Beach only a 5-minutes and Mykonos Town a 10-minutes drive away, leaving this exclusive sanctuary only a stone-throw away from the buzz.

General

All rooms are equipped with A/C, Wi-Fi, safe, en-suite bathrooms with windows, hairdryer and all necessary amenities. 

Outdoors
The private infinity pool with its 100 sqm. is at the deepest more than 3m. The pool lounge for up to 8 people, nice movable sunbeds and a double gossip bed lets you choose depending on your tan-needs. Next to the pool you can find an extra complete bath shower.

One of the highlights of Villa Ava is the  outdoor ‘taverna’ with its fully equipped kitchen, 2 BBQ’s, the bar and the wonderful dining area for up to 20 people.
There is a private parking for up to 7 cars .

Main house – Olympus
Terrace level
The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with gas and charcoal BBQ, professional dishwasher, big cooling bar and massive dining table for up to 20 ppl (can be further extended with extra tables for weddings or large gatherings) leaves no desire open. 

The indoor dining room in the main house welcomes up to 9 guests with its pleasant sea views. Next to it a covered outdoor dining area accommodates up to 12 guests with incredible views of the aegean sea and some islands.

The living room is furnished with Italian designer furniture and a large smart TV. Its oak flooring will immediately make you feel at home.

Upper level [1 floor/sleeps 2] Zeus
The master bedroom 1, boasts a breathtaking panoramic sea view and a „flying“ king size bed with a luxury Sealy mattress (200×200 cm). Two private balconies add to the exclusivity of this room. 

Garden level  [sleeps 4-6]
The garden level with its two guest rooms benefits from both, sea views and direct access to the garden.
Garden room 2, Hera is furnished with two queen size beds (140×200 cm) with Sealy mattresses.
Garden room 3, Aphrodite is furnished with a large king size bed (200×200 cm) with a Sealy mattress , 1 designer sofa-bed and a generous wardrobe.

Second Building
These three rooms are not connected to each other, the access is for all with an own entrance form outside.

Guest Room 4 [1 floor / sleeps 2] Poseidon
This top floor room is equipped with a „flying“ king size bed (200x200cm) and a small office desk. From here guests have direct access to the pool and it boasts with its separate entrance and fantastic sea views.

Guest Room 5 [garden floor / sleeps 3] Dionysus
With its private entrance from the parking space, direct access to outdoor dining area, sea and garden view, a „flying“ king size bed (200x200cm) and a single bed and a smart TV,  its perfect for a small family and friends.

Guest Room 6 [garden floor / sleeps 3] Ares
This small garden room, bunk beds for 3 (90 x 200cm, 100 x 190cm, 90 x 175 cm) is the favorite room for all kids.

Stonehouse 7 [2 floors / sleeps 2-4] Apollon
This charming stone guesthouse is perfect for families or people who like to be more private. With its two floors and entrances from each floor you have a possibility to see the maximum of light exploitation from sunrise to sunset. The ground floor invites with its living room with a smart TV and a designer double sofa bed, and small kitchenette and a bathroom to stay more private and hidden. The double bed (160 x 200cm) in the upper level has a Privat patio with a fantastic panoramic sea view.

Guesthouse 8 [ gardenfloor / sleeps 2-3] Athena
The garden suite, with living area, single bed/sofa and small kitchenette, double bed (160cm Sealy Matresse), sea and garden view has a separate entrance from garden and a private patio.
